How to get to Camping Woodland in Anzère?

By car

Camping Woodland is easily accessible by road. From Sion, expect about twenty minutes of climbing via the mountain road, through Ayent. Sion is about 9 km away, or less than 20 minutes by car. A paid parking lot is available on site.

By train + postal bus

The train station in Sion is the ideal arrival point: it is connected to all major Swiss cities — Zurich, Bern, Geneva, Lausanne — and even to Paris by TGV. From Sion station, the CarPostal line 351 goes directly to Anzère in about thirty minutes, with departures approximately every 45 minutes. Get off at the stop "Fortunau, Les Flans" — the camping is then a 1-minute walk.

By plane

L'aéroport international le plus proche est Genève (environ 1h30 par l'autoroute ou en train direct jusqu'à Sion). Les aéroports de Zurich et Bâle-Mulhouse sont également bien reliés à Sion par le rail.

On site

Once you arrive, you really don't need your car anymore: in summer, the station shuttles are free with the Anzère Liberté Pass, included in your tourist tax. This allows you to explore Anzère and its trails without worrying about parking.
